This policy applies to the website eu-inc.news and to the personal data we process when you visit the site, subscribe to the beta waitlist, contact us by email, or otherwise interact with our services. eu-inc.news is a purely informational intelligence hub about the EU Inc. (28th Regime) legislative process and does not provide user accounts, transactions, or regulated services.

a. Beta waitlist & notifications. When you enter your email address in the "Notify me when beta goes live" form or on the Beta page, we collect and store your email address in order to inform you when the beta version becomes available and to send you occasional updates directly related to the EU Inc. tracker. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

b. Email correspondence. If you contact us at contact@euincs.com, privacy@euincs.com or press@euincs.com, we process the email address and the content of your message to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to communications (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

c. Technical log data. When you visit eu-inc.news, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamp and requested resource. This data is used to operate the website reliably and to protect it against abuse and security incidents. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

d. Aggregated analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand overall traffic patterns (e.g. page views, country of visit at country level, referrer). We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your data.

eu-inc.news uses only strictly necessary technical storage required to operate the website (for example, to remember interface preferences during your session). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce optional analytics or third-party embeds that require consent, we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner before doing so.

We only share personal data with service providers that help us operate eu-inc.news, under written data processing agreements and only to the extent necessary. Typical categories of processors include:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (website hosting, database, edge network).
• Email delivery providers used to send waitlist notifications and reply to enquiries.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is fully secure, but we work continuously to improve protection.

eu-inc.news is intended for a professional audience following EU policy. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
